Eligibility of Tenderer :
1. As described in tender document.
2. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction
works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature ,
complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5
(years), with a value of at least Tk. 406 lacs.
4. The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified work done certificate
from public institutes received for contracts in progress of completed from respective
procuring entity shall be grater then Tk. 744 lacs over the last 5 years [ 2013-14, 2014-15,
2015-16,2016-17,2017-2018 ]
5. The minimum amount of credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk 170 lacs. (This will be
given by the PW3-7 format)
6. Contractor those who have Asphalt Plant, Paver Machine, Tire roller, Tar boiler & Mixing
Machine, they can get priority for selection as per TEC recommendation.(Supply Ownership
Certificate)
7.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Valid Trade License.
ii) Vat Registration.
iii) TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Business Address.
8. Tenderer must submit their BOQ within the limit of 10.000%. If any tenderer submit
10.000% up or less then the tenderer will be selected as non-responsive by the order of
Gazette, August 2016.
9. Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake
documents.
