Respected Sir,
This is with reference to the Welcome Events in Schools & Colleges for promotion of MKCL Offerings in entire Maharashtra. We
would like to do the Welcome Events as promotional activity in the month of June-July 2018. Please find below the approximate
budget for printing of Leaflets. Printing will be done through RLCs/LLCs and distribution will be done locally through LLCs under
RLC supervision.

In case of increase in ALC number, for additional number of printing of leaflets rates will be applicable as mentioned above.
ALCs will try to cover maximum Schools & Colleges through this activity with help of SBU & MI. For uncovered Colleges, we need
to implement this activity with the help of private agency appointed by LLC at local level. Agency charges are Rs.250/- (Inclusive
of all Taxes) per volunteer per College.
