First and foremost, I would want to thank the Almighty Allah for giving me the strength and ability
complete this final year project successfully.
I would then like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my supervisor Ms. Nor Halwani, for
her helpful guidance, support, advice, and suggestion throughout the period of this project. I will
also want to thank Aimst University, faculty of business and management who has given me the
opportunity to add to my knowledge through the development of this project. And thanks to those
who have assisted directly and indirectly in making this project a success.
Lastly, yet important, I would want to express my gratitude to my wonderful family for their moral

ABSTRACT
The aim of this final year project is to develop a Computerized Payroll System for SHALLA
Global Resources Nig. Limited, which will technically assist the HR Officer in the company do
payroll transaction and pay employees their salaries. The existing payroll system in SHALLA
Global Resources is run manually. The Payroll system is a system designed specifically to fit
SHALLA Global Resources. The system will consist of all the employee information needed to
perform a payroll transaction. Furthermore, the system calculate wages of the employees based on
their contracted payment basics. All the data stored in the database will be secured and safe
The methodology that has been used to in developing the system is the System Development
Life Cycle (SDLC). The analysis and design technique is based on the Use Case Diagram, Data
Flow Diagram, and Data Dictionary. The basic software used in developing the system is the
Adobe Dreamweaver CC, WampServer integrated with MyPhpAdmin as a database system.
