Opening address
The Indonesian Society of Gynecological Oncology (INASGO) is
a professional organization established in 2000 under the
Indonesian Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology (POGI).
INASGO is composed of oncology gynecology consultants in
Indonesia and other consultants interested in oncology
gynecology.
INASGO contributes to prevention, treatment, palliative care
and research on gynecological cancer in Indonesia. With total
members of INASGO about 108 people from all over
Indonesia. The goal of INASGO is to reduce the prevalence and
mortality rates in gynecological cancers, which has become a
major problem in Indonesia.
In response to this situation, INASGO holds a biennial meeting
to discuss the latest clinical advances in advanced gynecological and information cancers
including innovative developments in surgery, chemotherapy and pathology.
INASGO also emphasized gynecologic cancer screening as an attempt to prevent cancer cases
among Indonesian women by working with obstetricians and local gynecologists as the leading
coatings in gynecological cancer cases.

Business office are usually open from 8:00 am to 5:00 Monday –Friday. Bank are generally

the city of labuan bajo has a tropical climate and experiences significant rainfall in most

Clothing
The attire during the meeting is relative informal. Alt hough, short and T - Shirts are not
advised during seminar activities
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates will be given to all registered participants at the registration desk at
the end of the conference and workshop.
Payment Method
All payments for registration and Hotel reservation should be transferred to the
bank account of the organizing committee as stated below. Please understand
that payments must be made in a timely manner. Overseas bank charge should be
paid by the sender upon making transfer transactions.
Receipts will be produce when the committee has received payments. To avoid
mishaps and difficulties, please fax / email the bank transfer the secretariat.

HOTEL RESERVATION
Terms & Condition:
Hotel Reservation with special rates during the event are limited only to registered
Participants, Speakers, Sponsor and their authorized representatives.
The hotel room rate includes a one night stay with breakfast, service charge and government
tax.
For any change in tax structure by the government, the revised tax amount will be applicable
and will be charged separately.
Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the
time of booking with the organizing committee.
All payments should reach the organizing committee within 5 (five) days of booking time, or
else will be cancelled.
The payment receipt and confirmation letter will be provided by the committee upon
receiving the payment.
Please bring along the receipt and/or confirmation letter upon re-registration at the meeting
Check-in time is after 13:00 pm. Check-out time is before 12:00 pm, will be charged for
another day.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation must be proposed in written document either Faxed or electronically
mailed.
No refund will be given for cancellations received after 30 days before check in date (before
June 05, 2018)
All refunds will be processed after completion of the event.

All Participants, accompanying persons and exhibitioners are kindly requested to wear their
badges throughout the meeting in order to be admitted to the lecture hall and other schedule

Pulau Komodo
The worldwide and famous tourist destination is Komodo Islands. These volcanic islands are
inhabited by a population of around 5,700 giant lizards, whose appearance and aggressive behaviour
have led to them being called 'Komodo dragons'. They exist nowhere else in the world and are of
great interest to scientists studying the theory of evolution, and has been declared as UNESCO
heritage. Instead of the dragons, these islands are also famous of their beautiful nature.
The first and worldwide tour is Komodo Island. Here we can see directly the wild life of dragons. This
animal is a rare animal and is protected by UNESCO. While visiting the island of Komodo we will be
guarded and directed by the handler. In addition to seeing Komodo dragons, Komodo Island's natural
scenery is also amazing. The expanse of the savannah, the blue ocean and the undesirable
underwater became one of the attractions.
Pulau Rinca
Rinca Island is as famous as Komodo Island. While the Komodo Island is dominated mostly by the
forest, the Rinca Island is dominated by the rugged hillsides of dry savannah and pockets of thorny
green vegetation that contrast starkly with the brilliant white sandy beaches and the blue waters
surging over coral.
The island of RInca is the same as Komodo Island. The difference is the island of rinca is dominated
by savanna while the island of Komodo is dominated by forest.
Pulau Kalong
In Kalong Island or Bat Island, we can find a mangrove forest area. The best time to visit this area is
around 6 PM where we can enjoy the beautiful sunset and thousands of bats flying and adorning the
sky.
This island is a population of bats or bats. This island is a mangrove forest area. The right time to visit
this island at around 18:00 pm in addition to seeing the sunset can see thousands of bats that adorn
the sky.
Pulau Badar
Badar Island is located not far from Rinca Island. We can enjoy the scenery of the surrounding
islands with their blue sea from the top of the hills.
The island is not far from the island of rinca only separated by the strait. To enjoy the beauty of
nature we can climb the existing hills of the island. From the top will be seen the blue sea scenery
and the ranks of the surrounding islands.
Pink Beach
Pink Beach is famous of its unique beach that is formed by the white sand and red fragments of
coral, shells and invertebrate. Due to its abundance of marine biota, it is the best place for
snorkling.
Pink Beach Island that has pink or pink sand, actually this pink color comes from white pasit mixed
with coral fragments, shells and red invertebrate. On the island is rich in marine biota so very
suitable for bersnorkling.
The local authentic foods are Kolo (baked rice in bamboo), Jagung Bose (white corn starch cooked with
red beans and coconut milk), various seafood, anchovy sambal, sauté of papaya-flower and sour fish
soup.
Local specialties include Kolo (burnt rice cooked with bamboo). Corn Bose (made from white corn
pounded with bamboo dimples, corn that has been separated from the skin is cooked with red beans)
and coconut milk is salty, various Seafood, Sambal Anchovy, Papaya flower, sour sauce.
