Dear Sir/Madame,

The undersigned Owner/Proprietress of Cougar Rules Training Center of the Philippines, Inc.
expresses her sincerest intention to aid the Municipality of Cainta in generating employment for the less
privileged, including “SOLO PARENT.”Right now, we are intending to recruits security guards from
different Barangays in the municipality of Cainta Rizal. These Security Guards shall consist of males and
females with the following requirements:

Educational Attainment : At least High School Graduate / ALS Graduate

Age : 21 to 40 years old
Height : At least 5’6 and above for males / 5’2 for Females
Weight : At least 115 lbs. for M/F

Successful recruits, upon deployment, shall receive a minimum monthly rate for 8 hrs. daily rate,
exclusive of overtime pay. Other privileges to be extended to the new recruits shall be discussed in
person by our partner security agencies with which we have existing Memorandum of Agreement. Areas
of deployment consist of SM Mall Postings, Super 8 Malls and other postings particularly in Rizal area.

To further aid the applicants, we will be extending a “Train Now, Pay Later” program. This
program shall cost PHP 8,000.00 for each successful recruit, to be paid in four (4) bi-monthly installment
of PHP 2,000.00 upon deployment. This amount includes:

a. Training Expenses
b. Processing of License
c. Drug Test and Neuro-Psychiatric Examination
d. Ammunitions (during firing/ marksmanship training)

To lessen the burden of the new applicants, we will be requesting, if possible, that a simple, suitable
venue, (preferably an open covered court to attract prospective applicants) capable of
accommodating a minimum of 30 to 60 applicants each class be provided by the city government so that
expenses for the rental of the venue will no longer be charged to the recruits.

Initially, we will be requiring the submission of biodata/resume only to simplify the process. Soon as
the minimum of 30 applicants is completed, we will gladly send our personnel to conduct interviews to
them prior to the commencement of the training class.
