What are my responsibilities?

Acts as the technical lead for major digitalization projects pursuits and actively participates in the strategy with the PLM and business development
resources across a matrixed organization
Applies acquired process, application, product and/or equipment knowledge based on current industry trends, best practices, performance, price and
functionality to assist the department in defining and implementing their future digitalization strategy
Prepares and presents detailed technical proposals, including product demonstrations and solution prototypes to respond to customer’s request for
proposals with the most compelling approach while also minimizing potential risk factors
Performs complex hardware and/or software design consultation in accordance with customer/project needs focused on digitalization solutions
Provides technical product advice for the development and implementation of customer solutions
System testing of Distribution range products with various SCADA System.
Validation of CT sensor  for Distribution automation range of products
Proficient on IEC 60870-5-101/104/103, Modbus, GPRS and GSM communication.
Experience in protocol conformance testing and test automation scripting
Good knowledge in life cycle methodologies. Agile preferred.
Knowledge / Experience in Zigbee protocol is an added advantage

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Master / Bachelor of Science in electrical/Electronics/computer/ or computer science

 Typically 10-12 years of experience in Power domain/Automation systems and demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as described above.
