2. Graduate Achievement :
a. Mastery of technique, principle, and nursing procedure/nursing practice for
personal or group.
b. Capable in giving nursing care for healthy and illness individual by paying
attention of bio, psycho, social, cultural, and spiritual that is assured the
patient safety as a nursing standard based on nursing intervention.
3. Final Goal :
All students can understand and apply nursing care for patient with
fluid, nutritional, elimination, activity, rest and sleep, comfort and safety
disturbances. The nursing implementation for solving all problems is a transferable
skill that can be applied for acute medical and surgical adult patients at home or
hospital.
4. Theme :
a. Disturbance of fluid need fulfillment as an pathological endocrine and urinary
system.
b. Disturbance of nutritional need as an pathology endocrine and digestive system.
c. Disturbance of activity need as an pathology of musculoskeletal and nerves
system.
d. Disturbance of rest and sleep need as an pathology neurology and
neurobehaviour system.
e. Disturbance of safety and comfort need as an pathology integument and
immunity system.

5. Learning Method :
Learning process will give an experience, understanding, and skill in assessment,
intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care of patients by teaching,
discussion, practice, and assignment.
6. Assignment Description :
a. Individual assignment :
1) Preliminary nursing report.
2) Reading and submitted reading material assignment.
b. Group assignment :
The report of nursing care.

Attention :
Student and lectures must be obeyed the schedule. If student is not present in
the class more than 15 minutes from the schedule time, they will not be allowed
enter to the class. If lecturer do not present 15 minutes from the schedule time,
the lecture will be canceled and they must be exchange the session for another
time by agreement with Administration Education Unit.
