Terms & Conditions for Franchisee of Just Cleen

1. Franchise fees must be paid in full or in two installments of Rs. 2,00,000 and
Rs. 1,50,000
2. Equipments will be delivered only after the payment of Rs. 200000. Franchisee
cleaning staff will be trained only after the full payment.
3. Franchise Agreement must be signed by the franchisee and franchisor on the day
of the full payment of Rs. 3, 50,000.
4. High Pressure, Vacuum Cleaner and submersible pump come under warranty of
six months only. After the warranty period the service charge of the equipments
will be borne by the franchisee. The equipments serviced without informing the
franchisor are the responsibility of Franchisee only.
5. Duration of the franchise agreement is for a period of 365 days from the day it
is signed by the franchisee and franchisor.
6. Franchise agreement is renewed after 365 days with the consent of both
franchisee and franchisor. The franchisor has the right to not to renew the
franchise agreement with the existing franchisee. Renewal fees of Rs. 5,000
will be levied on the existing franchisee.
7. Apart from the Franchise fees, the franchisee has to pay Rs. 7,000 to franchisor
towards Business Cards and Stickering of the vehicle.
8. JustCleen is a brand name of Sri Chaitanya Enterprises and the process of
cleaning and the logo are copy righted by them. No other individual or
organization can copy the process and brand name of JustCleen and also its
business style.
9. Digital marketing on behalf of the franchisee can be done by the franchisor at a
cost of Rs. 15,000
10. Weekly reports of the work done must be submitted by the franchisee to
the franchisor in the prescribed format given by the franchisor via email, failing
which the franchisee will have to pay a penalty of Rs. 125 per week.
11. The franchisee has to inform the franchisor about his PAN & Aadhaar
numbers along with the details of his firm, which runs this business of overhead
water tank and Sump cleaning.
12. The franchisee must own a four wheeler which can carry the
equipments & accessories of cleaning along with the staff
13. The cleaning staff of the franchisee shall be trained at corporate office of
JustCleen, Dharwad, Karnataka State. The expenditure of the franchisee staff
during their training at Dharwad will be borne by the franchisee. Franchisor will
assist the franchisee in making arrangements for the accommodation of the
franchisee staff during their training period at Dharwad.
14. The franchisee is advised not to cross the jurisdiction allocated to him
in the franchise agreement. Failing which the franchisee shall be penalized Rs.
1500 for one tress pass.
15. The equipments and accessories must be sent to the JustCleen head
quarters for servicing located in Dharwad. The cost of sending them to Dharwad
and getting them back must be borne by the franchisee.
16. All emails must be sent to help@gmail.com. All verbal communication
must be conducted with the Franchise Manager appointed by CEO & MD of
JustCleen.
