Dear Candidate, 
We thank you for responding to our above notification for consideration for recruitment in our organization. Please read following instruction carefully:
1. The candidates to bring their original photo identity cards issued by the Central/ State Govt like PAN Card or Voter ID or Aadhar Card or Indian Passport or
Driving License with photo and to produce the same in the examination hall for verification of their identity with the details in Admit card.
●  FOR DEPARTMENTAL/EXEMPTED CATEGORY:

The Departmental/Exempted Category Candidates are advised to carry the original Employee ID card(issued by WBSEDCL)/Identity Card [X­10B]
(issued by Exempted Category Cell)to the Written Test venue along with self­attested photocopy of the Employee ID Card/Identity Card [X­10B] which
will be retained at the test venue with the Admit Card.Those Departmental Employees who don't possess any Employee ID card as of yet will be
required to carry identity certificate (with photograph) issued by their Controlling Officer.

2. The Admit Card should be brought to the examination centre and handed over to the Room Invigilator .
3. You should reach the test centre before the reporting time as mentioned above. Candidate coming late beyond 15 minutes from start of the examination shall
not be permitted to appear in the examination.
4. Your candidature for this test is provisional and is subject to your fulfillment of the prescribed educational and other eligibly conditions etc. as per department
rules, failing which your candidature will be summarily rejected at the further stages of verification and scrutiny during the selection process.
5. Any candidate found using unfair means during the course of examination shall be debarred from appearing in the examination of WBSEDCL in future and
shall face legal proceedings.
6. Request for change of Test Centre/test date and address of correspondence shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
7. This Call Letter is purely provisional and does not constitute an offer of employment. Please ensure your eligibility as per Advertisement.
8. Violation of discipline in the examination hall in any form including failure to submit "Question Booklet and Answer Sheets" and Original Call Letter to the
Invigilator will lead to cancellation of candidature.
9. You may kindly note that no traveling expenses will be admissible for appearing in the examination.
10. Please note down your Roll Number and Registration Number for future reference and keep a photocopy with you as this Admit Card in original will be
collected from you.
11. For the candidates without Photograph/Signature on their Admit card,he/she is advised to paste a colour Photograph and sign on the space
provided.WITHOUT PHOTOGRAPH,NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE EXAM HALL.
12. Please ensure that you bring with you blue or black ball point pen for appearing in the written test.
13. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall during the currency of the examination.
14. There will be no negative marking under scheme of examination.
15. Mobile phone, Digital Watch,Scanner & other IT Gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall, At the time of Examination, if any
candidate is found with any of these instruments,his/her candidature will stand cancelled immediately,even if he/she was not found using such
gadgets.
16. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
17. This admit card must not be mutilated or tampered with.
