Invent a mad tale by asking your friends or family to
give you words to fill in the blanks of this creepy story.

• Promote the event in your store calendar, newsletter, and/or local newspaper.
• Notify your customers, local schools, libraries, etc. of the event.

• Make arrangements to have crayons, pencils, etc. for the event.

Event Day
• Set up materials nearby for easy distribution.
• Display the Franny K. Stein books from Simon
& Schuster for child interaction.
• Talk about Franny K. Stein, Mad Scientist, and
get the kids excited!
