➡ Designing an Marketing Plan:

Educational programs come in a wide variety of types, from bachelor's degree
programs to certification programs. Developing an effective marketing plan relies to
a great degree on the type of programs you offer, including the delivery formats,
course lengths, prerequisite knowledge and geographic reach. Defining your
programs specifically can lead you to identify one or more target markets, which can
then inform your decisions on advertising, pricing, promotions and public relations
strategies.

Market Segmentation:
All of the factors that go into your marketing plan will depend on the specific target
audience that you choose, and the ideal target audience will depend on the type of
educational programs and services you provide.
If you are marketing skills certification courses, target working adults looking for a
career change.

Pricing and Promotions:

Price your programs to appeal to your specific target market. If you are selling post

graduate continuing-education courses for professionals, for example, set your price
high enough to convey the quality and value of your content.
Use price promotions to give students a chance to experience your curriculum for
themselves. Consider hosting free educational seminars including valuable
information.

Advertising:
Putting up advertisements in places that are frequented by your target audience.
the places can be intangible too, like social media.

For advertising keeping the budget and the effectiveness in mind, we decided to use
Whats App, emails and tele marketing for promoting the course. the limitation we
initially had to overcome was gathering enough data to promote.

we collected the data by both primary and secondary ways of collection.

Primary Data: Data which is collected on our own

we collected our primary data by Personally Interact with Working professional at
reputed Tech parks, co work spaces and Incubation centres.

Secondary Data: The already existing data with company officials, Job Search
websites and etc.
Secondary data is obtained from Connect 2 Career, various other websites.

Whats App blast and E mail’s are now sent to all the people in data base and then
we do tele marketing by calling people and check if they are interested in the
course or not. If people are interested to join the course we send them the link to
application and be in constant touch with them till the course commences.

Conclusion & Recommendations will be drawn on the basis of data analysis

and interpretation
