“Non-Traditional Career Summit” Conference

2018-2019 - Canyons School District 8th Grade Girls & Boys

Canyons School District is hosting a career event to inspire 8th grade students. It will be held at
SLCC Miller Campus on Tuesday, September 25. Dynamic speakers will speak about opportunities in
non-traditional careers!

Students will leave by 8 AM and return by 11:00 AM. Thirty (30) students from each Middle School will be
selected to attend. They will be provided with transportation and an excusal from school.

Instructions:
1. Fill out the application below.
2. Choose which presentations you would like to attend.
3. Turn in the “application” along with the “Activity Authorization Form” to the Counseling Center.
4. Make sure all signatures are on both forms.
