1. Write a list of school activities/programs done within the month. Provide a brief (1-2
sentences) description for each activity/program.

I have no activities encountered yet as a student for the month of July because our
classes begin on August. We only have our picture taking for our I.D. during this month
and it was done properly at Bulacan State University-Bustos Campus.

2. What were the most positive/encouraging activities for the month? Please send the raw
pictures separately with 500kb resolution.

When I’m still working at Aven Fashion Manufacturing Inc., the most
positive/encouraging activities for this month is that, our supervisor, production
manager and other heads of the department kept on wishing my luck for my new
journey. They told me these words, “Good luck! Galingan mo sa pag-aaral mo at balikan
mo kami dito kapag successful ka na.” Those words encouraged me a lot to study
smarter with my very best.

3. Had there been any challenges, difficulties, or major problems that you encountered
during this reporting period? (Please be thorough in your explanation and be sure to
provide recommendations or possible solutions).

I had no challenges, difficulties or major problems encountered during this reporting period
except during my summer job in Aven Fashion Manufacturing Inc., because I already resigned in
my job and it is very sad for me, biding goodbyes to my friends and co-workers in our
department. I became so attached to them so that it’s hard for me to say goodbye at my last
day, but it’s part of life, to say goodbye when you needed to go.

4. Are there any personal stories and learning you want to share?

During my summer job, I realized that it is very hard to earn money for living. I appreciate my
parents’ effort even more for providing our needs and wants in our daily life. And for that, I told
myself that I will always study smart and make them proud.

5. Any additional information/thoughts/concerns/needs that you’d like to mention?

During this month, as the days passed by, I already felt the excitement for the class opening. I
think of what does our future professors’ expectations to us, as the first graduate of senior high
school with the new curriculum.

6. Describe a mentorship/service-oriented activity or event in which you participated this

month. (Please attach pictures if you have any.)

During our picture taking for ID. Picture, an instructor inside the Audio Visual Room (AVR)
told us that we should take this tertiary level of education or college as a serious part of
our lives, because this is just the start of our brain cracking year and years.
