rough estimate for 6 items of jewellery and thereafter he selected 3
pieces of jewellery of page no. 8 and after bargaining settled the
amount of Rs 10.00 lakhs for the above 3 pieces of jewellery (page no.
9, 10, and 13) and agreed to take delivery by making the payment in
three installments cheques within 2 months (Rs 5,00,000/- , Rs
3,00,000/- and Rs. 2,00,000/- as per cards and as per page no. 1 to 6).
Page No. 7 is about rough offer
for a property by a broker. Page No. 11, 12, 14 &
15 are rough estimate papers in the above matter.
Page 16 is rough notings. Page
17 cash paid to Kolkata Response Group date looks 10.10.2003. Page 18
- Detail not known. Page 19 and 20 - A flying customer (name not
known) came with his gold to have the calculation for sale to us for
current value of its gold. Number of coins also written and there are
two rates written after bargain i.e. 2930 and 2990, ultimately the
transaction was not done.
