GENERAL OBJECTION

TO THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS OF THE.STATE OF NEW YORK:

WHEREAS, the undersigned Mark J English who is a duly enrolled voter and a resident of the
jurisdiction or the public office involved herein of the State of New York, pursuant to the provisions of
the Election Law of the State of New York, does hereby object to the Independent Nominating Petition
filed on or about August 21,2018 in the office of the Board of Elections in the State of New York,
purporting to nominate Stephanie A. Miner as the candidate of the SAM Party for the public office or
party position Governor - State of New York, to be voted for at the General Election to be held on

November 6,2018, and purporting to appoint:

M. Catherine Richardson residing at233 Delhi Street, Syracuse, NY 13203

Edward A. Smith residing at 155 Harmon Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803

Michael S. Willner residing at 160 West 86th Street, PH-1, New York, NY 10024

as a committee to fill vacancies.

The undersigned alleges that the said petition is insufficient, void and not in accordance with the
provisions of the Election Law of the State of New York. Specification of the grounds of the objection
of the undersigned to said petition will be filed with you within six days hereafter as authorized by law.
