1)Mooladhara(Patala loka in Vyashti) and bhooloka in Samishti.

Similarly,2)Swadhisthaana (Mahatala loka) and bhuvarloka,

3)Manipura(Talatala loka) and suwarloka, 4)Anahata( Rasatala loka) and
Maharloka,5) Visuddha(sutala loka) and Janaloka, 6) Agnaa(vitala loka)
and Tapoloka, and 7) Sahasrara loka (Atala loka) and Parabrahma loka).
These are d 14 lokas that were shown to Maa Yasoda by Bhagavan
Srikrishna as per Shrimadbhagavat. In future I will give further
clarification regarding these chakras. If u can find out oxygen &
hydrogen in a drop of water, then all water bodies contain d same
oxygen & hydrogen. U need not do any research further to find out what
they contain. That is why “ Jo man jita who Jag jita”. If u can control ur
mind & understands urself then u can understand d whole universe.
