THEME: QUIRKY AND FUN (GIF INSPIRED)

1st Frame:
Narrator is sitting on a couch or reclining chair. Supported by a light mood.
Copy:
1. Have you ever thought what are the stages in producing television
programs? And who are the people behind it? Spare me a little time and
I’ll tell it to you.
2. The first stage will be the DEVELOPMENT.
3. It can be developing a script or an existing script and a brief story
outline.
4. Behind the DEVELOPMENT STAGE are directors and writers pitching an idea
to a producer.
2nd Frame:
Narrator is writing on a piece of paper. Supported by a light mood.

5. After starting from scratch! The next stage will be the PRE-PRODUCTION.
6. This is where all the planning takes place. From location, to casting,
schedule and budget.
7. The crew in this stage are the casting director, costume designer,
director, location manager, make up artist, researcher, screenwriter,
set designer and the television producer.
3rd Frame:
Narrator is holding a camera and portrays an actual shooting. Supported by
a light mood.

8. We’re done with the basics! Let’s now go to the crucial and most
expensive stage… the PRODUCTION. THE SHOOOOOOOTIIIIINGGGG!
9. All parties are involved in this stage. Even the tiniest dust on the
set. This requires constant vigilance but its primary aim is to stick
with the budget and schedule.
10. The crew in this stage are cinematographer, production manager,
technical director, boom operator, gaffer, logistics or runners,
cameramen and stunt coordinator or acting director.
11. But always remember! Everyone is involved in this stage.
4th Frame:
Narrator is lying on a couch, looking tired and sleepy. Supported by light
mood.
Copy:
12. The fourth stage in producing television program is… dan dan dan!
The WRAP! The period immediately after the shooting ends. Everything
must be returned and every people in the set should be paid.
13. But it doesn’t end there!
5th Frame:
Narrator crying over a laptop. Supported by a light mood.
Copy:
14. After the wrap, there will be a POST PRODUCTION. This where all
the footages are reviewed and edited. This requires Visual effects or
VFX and music and sound design.
15. People in this stage are puyat. (Laughs)
16. These people are the video editors, sound editors, composers,
colorists and specialist editors.
5th Frame:
Narrator is sleeping on a table and will be startled. Supported by a light
mood.
Copy:
17. The last and final stage is the DISTRIBUTION or the AIRING. Once
everything is done, the finish product should be shown on television so
that producers can get their money back in order to compensate to the
amount of time, energy and spent during the pre-production, production
and post production.
18. There! You already know what are the stages in producing television

6th Frame:
Narrator will faint in the set. Fade out.
