A. SCOPE OF WORK
1. The plans and specification shall be considered as Cooperative and all in one and not
mentioned or indicated in the other or vice-versa and shall be done by
Contractor as is these are duly mentioned in both.

3. No changes in drawings and specification shall be made by the owner, Contractor or
workmen without prior approval by the Architect/Engineer.
4. All instruments of services are considered as the personal property of the Engineer and
it is only with the prior written consent that the same may be
Reproduced an used by other persons, the Architect/Engineer is obligated to furnish
his client with prints of plans not to exceed five (5) and three (3) sets of specification
and Bill of Materials the cost of which shall be assumed by
the Architect/Engineer. However, the cost of additional sets required shall be
chargeable to the owner.

D. CONCRETE AND MASONRY :

E. FENESTRATION :

a.The contractor shall provide all rough hardware for the completion of the work,
including nails, spikes, bolts, log screw etc. shall fit in place the most manner
with screw to match the finish.
b.The contractor shall provide and fit in place all hardware not herein specified
especially mentioned, but necessary to have the work complete.

a. All main entrance door shall provide with exterior type look locksets.

H. ELECTRICAL WORKS :
1.General conditions :
a.All works stipulated under this specification shall be subject to section “A”
hereof.

2.Method of Wiring:
The entire system of wiring shall done in accordance with the rules and
Regulations of the latest edition of the National Code and shall conform to
The minimum requirements of the City of Municipality and Meralco or local
Power company.
3. Type of Wiring:
The type of wiring shall be standard conduit work in all masonry, concrete,
Slabs and columns. Service entrance shall be such size as to take care of the
Connected load.
4. Workmanship :
All works shall be executed in a workmanship manner and shall present a neat
And orderly appearance.
I. PAINTING :
1.General Conditions:
a.All works included under this specification shall be subject to section “A”
hereof.
b.The contrctor shall furnish all tools necessary for the completion of all painting
works.
c.All painting works shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Engineer.
a.All exposed exterior concrete shall be painted two coats of masonry pinta.
b.All interior concrete and plaster works shall be painted with two coats of flat
interior wall paints.
c.All concrete wall before application of paints shall be washed of the solution
of zinc sulfate in two coats.
3.Color:
The color of the paints finishes shall be in accordance with the samples by the
Architect/Engineer.
K. RESTRICTIONS:
1.The owner shall be allowed to use or to occupy the building not until
the following shall accomplished
I. ACCEPTANCE OF WORKS :
1.Upon satisfactory inspecting the building that the same conform to the
plans and specifications the Architect/Engineer shall submit to the owner a written
notice that the said building is ready for occupancy and is subject to the
later approval.
2.Within seven (7) days after receipt of Architect/Engineer’s notice, the owner or
his/her representatives shall execute and approval of the said building.
3.Upon acceptance of an affidavit that the owner has approved the com-
pletion of the building and acceptance thereof, the work is automatically
terminated.
