PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE LIFEINBLOCK PRIVACY POLICY, LOCATED AT
www.lifeinblock.com BEFORE USING THIS LIFEINBLOCK WEBSITE AND / OR PRODUCTS AND
SERVICES.

This "Terms of Use" is a business partnership agreement between LIFEINBLOCK and the Independent
Distributor, hereinafter referred to as the Member. This Agreement sets out the legal terms and
conditions governing the use of this site and each Member Platform for its acquisition and / or use of
any LIFEINBLOCK products or services, hereinafter referred to as Products. This Agreement also
provides information on how to become a LIFEINBLOCK Independent Member.

Your use of the Site and all information, data, text, software, information, images, sounds or other
materials contained therein, or the use or acquisition of any Products by the Member confirms your
unconditional agreement to be bound by the terms of that Agreement and is subject to continuous
compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If the Member does not agree to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement, do not access or otherwise use the Site or purchase any of the
Products.

If the Member is not satisfied with the Site or the Products, their sole and exclusive option is to stop
using the Site or Products, except for the limited warranties that may apply to LIFEINBLOCK products
or, as expressly stated otherwise in section Five of this Agreement (LIFEINBLOCK Customer Guarantee).

This Agreement and LIFEINBLOCK's privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and any other terms and
policies incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the "Other Policies") constitute the entire
agreement between the Member and LIFEINBLOCK relating to the and supersedes all other
agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. No waiver of any
provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions of it (similar or otherwise),
nor shall any such waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless expressly provided to the contrary.

The information and resources included on the Site will be subject to change at any time without
notice. By accessing or connecting to this Site (to the extent that the connection is permissible), the
Member assumes the risk that the information on this Site may be changed or withdrawn later.

1. MODIFICATIONS

LIFEINBLOCK reserves the right at any time to:

 Modify or add the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
 Extend, add, modify or discontinue the Site or other Products, or any part of the Site or other
Products or services, at any time in our sole discretion.

We periodically reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, add, discontinue, remove,
revise or otherwise modify any part of this Agreement, in completely or in part, at any time. For
modifications to this Agreement that LIFEINBLOCK deems to be material, we will post a notice on the

Site by reviewing the link on www.lifeinblock.com to be read substantially as "Updated Terms of Use"
for a reasonable period. If the Member provides information to LIFEINBLOCK, access or use the Site or
participate in any Offer in any way after this Agreement has been modified, the Member shall be
deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally consented to and agreed to such modifications.
The most current version of this Agreement will be available on the Site and will supersede all previous
versions of this Agreement without prior notice.

The Site or the Products, in whole or in part, may be expanded, modified or discontinued in our sole
discretion. Any extensions, additions or modifications to the Site or Products shall be subject to this
Agreement.

2. ACCESS

The Member must obtain access to the Internet and pay any service fees associated with such access
to use the Site. In addition, the Member has all the necessary equipment to access the Internet. The
Member is and will remain exclusively responsible for the acquisition, connection, installation,
download, operation and maintenance of any hardware, software, telephone service (cable or other)
and Internet access service for his personal computer and for all costs related issues. The Member is
solely responsible for the exploitation of his computer hardware and software for computer viruses
and other problems related to malfunction and / or failure of his hardware or software in connection
with the use of the Site or the Products.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Member represents and warrants that he or she is eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if the
Member is under the age of eighteen (18) years, the Member is at least sixteen (16) years of age and
is accessing the Site with the assistance, knowledge and consent of your parent (s) or legal guardian.
Certain features on this Site (including, without limitation, membership registration) and certain
Products may be subject to age or other eligibility requirements.

LIFEINBLOCK products and the LIFEINBLOCK business opportunity can not be offered, shipped or sold
in any country outside those countries that are previously authorized by LIFEINBLOCK. LIFEINBLOCK is
expanding its sales in other markets, so please check the updates periodically.

4. LIFEINBLOCK INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATES

LIFEINBLOCK products and services are provided through the LIFEINBLOCK Independent Associates
network. To purchase LIFEINBLOCK products and services, the interested party does not have to
become an Independent Associate. If, however, you are interested in starting your own home-based
business as a LIFEINBLOCK Independent Associate, please refer to our Business Opportunity section.

5. WARRANTY

The guarantee of Products and services of LIFEINBLOCK will be the responsibility of its manufacturers
and suppliers. This warranty is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties aggregated or

packaged with certain products and does not apply to any intentionally damaged or misused products.

6. YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR PRIVACY

When asked to provide information to LIFEINBLOCK, whether in writing or through the Site, Member
agrees to provide accurate, current and complete information and agrees to keep such information up
to date as appropriate. LIFEINBLOCK will use and maintain any information about the Member that
LIFEINBLOCK receives through the Site in accordance with our Privacy Policy, located at
http://www.lifeinblock.com/

7. ASSOCIATE FORUMS

Forums, bulletin boards, chat rooms or other interactive areas that are or are offered on the Site
("Member Forums") may be provided to the Member a forum to express their opinions and share their
ideas and information. The person posting content on the forums the Associate ("Community
Content") is responsible for the reliability, accuracy and truthfulness of such content, and LIFEINBLOCK
will have no control over it. In addition, you will have no control over whether such material posted is
of a nature that the Member will consider offensive, objectionable or otherwise unacceptable and
expressly waive any liability for such material. It is our sole discretion to exclude them if reported for.

LIFEINBLOCK does not review and we can not review all messages posted by Members in The Associate
Forums, and we are not responsible for the content of those posts or the aspects or opinions expressed
by Associates in Forums. Information disclosed on the Member's Forums is, by design, disclosed to the
public. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move or edit content, in whole or in part,
submitted by the Member of the Site for any reason, in our sole discretion. In addition, we may delete,
move, edit or disclose content of messages when necessary to do so by law or in good faith belief that
such action is necessary to protect and defend our rights and property or to protect the safety of our
Member or the public. In no event shall we assume any obligation to monitor Member Forums or to
remove any specific material.

The Member understands that uploading or posting any Community Content in any Member Forum
shall not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality on the part of LIFEINBLOCK, which shall not be
responsible for any use or disclosure of any Community Content.

(a) Restrictions on Use:

In consideration for your use of the Affiliate Forums and functionality, the Member agrees to comply
with the "Community Guidelines" set forth below. Without limiting our other rights and measures,
individuals who violate the following Community Guidelines may, in our sole discretion, be
permanently banned from using the Site:
A. To harass, persecute or otherwise abuse another Associate;
B. Transmit, post, post, upload, distribute, display or otherwise make available any content that is
false, harmful, threatening, abusive, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, derogatory (including
depreciating LIFEINBLOCK), vulgar, obscene , pornographic or that promotes violence, racial

secret, publicity right , right of privacy, copyright or any other intellectual property or any other
rights of any third party;
C. Transmit, post, upload, distribute, display or otherwise make available any viruses, Trojan horses
or other harmful, intrusive or destructive files or materials that interfere with any use and
enjoyment of the Site by third parties;
D. Personify any person or entity, or otherwise disguise the source of any content transmitted
through the Site or to LIFEINBLOCK, including forging any TCP / IP package title or any portion of
the title information in any transmission of the Site by any reason;
E. To transmit, post, post, upload, distribute, display or otherwise make available through the Site
any personal advertising, electronic junk, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, chains or offer for
sale of any products and services, except in areas, if any, specifically designated for such purposes;
or
F. Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, rule, or regulation.
G. Participate in any part of the Site if the Member is under the age of 18 or between the ages of 16
and 18 without assistance from their legal representatives.
H. Transmit, post, upload, distribute, display or otherwise make available through the Site any
content containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising or solicitation of products or
services. The Member also hereby acknowledges that the Member is prohibited from requiring
other guests to enter or become a member of any online merchant service or other organization.
I. Capture or collect information from any Member or otherwise access the Site using automated
means (including, without limitation, through robots, espionage, rackers, hidden access,
unauthorized access, etc.).
J. "Owning," "connecting" or "mirroring" the Site or any other Products without our prior
authorization.
K. Connect to any page within the Site or other Products from any other website or website that
makes any claims as to the extended health or cure powers of any substance, whether it is the
substance produced, marketed, sold or distributed by LIFEINBLOCK or not.

LIFEINBLOCK does not endorse Community Content at Member Forums and specifically disclaim any
liability or obligation on any person or entity (including, without limitation, persons who may use or
rely on such material) for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, moral or otherwise), offense,
claim, liability or other cause of any kind or character based upon or arising out of any Community
Content provided through an Affiliate Forum. By posting or uploading any Community Content to any
Member Forum or submitting any other Community Content to LIFEINBLOCK, the Member
automatically grants (or warrants that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) LIFEINBLOCK a
perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, sublicense, create derivative works of, and distribute such materials or incorporate such
Community Content in any form, medium or technology now known or hereafter invented for all
universe in perpetuity. In addition, the Member ensures that content as uploaded or posted by the
Member does not violate any so-called rights of any person or "moral rights" or other similar or similar
rights under any applicable laws in any country or region of the world.

The Member agrees to indemnify us for any and all third party claims, damages, losses, and actions
arising out of or arising from your posting or uploading any Community Content to any Member Forum
or social networks or submit any Community Content to LIFEINBLOCK, or failure to comply with the
Community Guidelines.

8. USE OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE SITE

When using any email address provided to the Member or through the Site or other Products, the
Member agrees to use such email address in accordance with all applicable laws and not transmit to
any person or entity:

• Any content that violates the Community Guidelines stipulated above regarding Members' Forums
or is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, harmful,
harassing, dishonest, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or is racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable, or is subject to a confidentiality agreement, or infringes our, or third parties, intellectual
property rights or other rights.
• Any non-public information about any LIFEINBLOCK;
• Any business secret or
• Any computer code, files or programs (such as a computer virus) designed to interrupt, destroy,
compromise, or limit the functionality of any device.
• Sending spam is strictly prohibited. Spam is defined for this purpose as sending an unsolicited
message to any persons, entities, newsgroups, forums, mailing lists or other groups or lists, unless prior
authorization has been obtained from the recipient of the email that allows explicitly sending the e-
mail to them, or unless a business or personal relationship has already been established with the
recipient of the e-mail. IF THE ASSOCIATE RECEIVES "SPAM" FROM SOMEONE WHO IS SELLING OR
DISCLOSING PRODUCTS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OF LIFEINBLOCK, YOU SHOULD CONTACT US
IMMEDIATELY.
• The use of false e-mail titles or forging, forging or altering the origin of any e-mail in relation to
LIFEINBLOCK and / or its products and services is prohibited.
• If a person or entity indicates that they do not want to receive e-mail, the Member agrees not to
send e-mail to such person or entity. If a person initially agrees to receive e-mail but subsequently
requests to stop receiving e-mail, the Member must comply with that request.
• LIFEINBLOCK prohibits engaging in any of the foregoing activities, either by the Member itself or
through the service of another provider, email forwarding service or otherwise.

9. OUR PROPERTY RIGHTS

This Site and all content it contains or will contain in the future, including, without limitation, articles,
opinions, other texts, directories, guides, photographs, illustrations, images, video clips or audio and
advertising copy, as well as trademarks, copyrights, logos, domain names, code, trade names, service
marks, patents and any and all copyrighted materials (including code and source object) and / or any
other form of intellectual property (collectively known as the "Material"), are acquired by or licensed
to LIFEINBLOCK or other authorized third parties and are protected from unauthorized use, copy and
dissemination by copyright, trademark, publicity and other laws and by international treaties. Except

as expressly permitted in writing by LIFEINBLOCK, Associate shall not capture, reproduce, perform,
transfer, sell, license, modify, create derivative works based on, republish, reverse engineer, upload,
edit, post, structure, connect, distribute or exploit, in whole or in part, any of the Material. Nothing
contained in this Agreement or on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, prohibition
or otherwise, any license or right to use any Material in any manner without the prior written consent
of LIFEINBLOCK or such third party that may possess the Material or intellectual property displayed on
the Site. UNAUTHORIZED USE, COPYING, REPRODUCTION, MODIFICATION, PUBLICATION,
REPUBLICATION, UPLOAD, STRUCTURING, LOW, POSTAGE, TRANSMISSION, DUPLICATION, OR ANY
OTHER MISUSE OF ANY MATERIAL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any use of the material other than as
permitted by this Agreement will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may constitute copyright
and / or patent infringement. The Member agrees not to use the Material for any unlawful purpose
and does not violate our rights or the rights of others. The Member agrees not to interfere (or permit
the use of its affiliation by any third party to interfere) in the normal process or use of the Site by other
members, including, without limitation, attempting to access administrative areas of the Site. The
Member agrees to report any breach of this Agreement by others that the Member becomes aware
of. The Member is advised that LIFEINBLOCK will aggressively fulfill its rights to the fullest extent of
the law. LIFEINBLOCK may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any Material at any time
without notice and without liability. LIFEINBLOCK, our logo, and the name of products produced,
marketed, sold or distributed by LIFEINBLOCK are trademarks and / or service marks of LIFEINBLOCK
or its affiliates. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site or other Products are
the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners.

10. MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION

Certain areas of the Site may require registration or may otherwise require the Member to provide
information to participate in certain features or to access certain content. The practices of the Site that
govern your personal information are disclosed in your Privacy Policy. The decision to provide such
information is purely voluntary and optional; however, if the Member chooses not to provide such
information, the Member may not be able to access certain content or participate in certain features
of the Site.

If the Member registers with the Site, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur in
your account, email or password, if any, and you agree that the Member will not sell, transfer or assign
your membership, any membership rights or any email address issued by any Site. The Member is
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password, if any, and for restricting access to his
computer so that others can not access the password protected part of the Site or his email account
issued by the Site using his name , in whole or in part, may at our discretion and at any time, with or
without notice, terminate your access and affiliation, for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.

11. PRESENTATION OF IDEAS

services. However, our long-standing LIFEINBLOCK policy does not allow us to accept or consider
creative ideas, suggestions or materials other than those specifically requested. While we value your
opinion of our services and products, we ask that the Member be specific in his or her comments on

materials. We expect the Associate to understand that it is the intent of this policy to avoid the

the Member not to send us any creative materials such as show drawings, photographs, drawings, or
original art.

If the Member sends or posts specific presentations to our request (i.e. via message boards or in
connection with contests) or if the Member sends us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, photographs,
drawings, concepts or any other information (each one "Presentation" and collectively, the
"Submissions"), despite our request that the Member does not submit any unsolicited Submissions or
other creative materials, the Submission shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary in
each instance. For purposes of this paragraph, all Community Content shall be deemed to include in
the definition of Submissions. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of
confidentiality on our part, and LIFEINBLOCK shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any
Submissions. Any Submission may be used by LIFEINBLOCK without any restriction for any purpose
whatsoever, including without limitation reproduction, dissemination, transmission, publication,
dissemination or posting, and the Member hereby irrevocably waives, releases and waives any claim
that any use of such Submission violates any of its rights, including without limitation, copyright,

compensation or credit. By submitting a Submission to this Site or LIFEINBLOCK, Associate declares
that such Submission is original with Associate and does not infringe or infringe the rights of any third
party including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights and / or publicity rights and / or
privacy rights. All Submissions to the Site and / or LIFEINBLOCK shall be our sole property and will not
be acknowledged or returned. The Member agrees and understands that we are not required to use
any Submission that the Member makes to the Site or LIFEINBLOCK and the Member has no right to
enforce such use. The Member hereby acknowledges and agrees that his relationship with us is not
confidential, fiduciary, employment or other special relationship, and that his decision to submit any
material to LIFEINBLOCK does not place us in a position that has any difference in the position held by

understands and recognizes that we have broad access to ideas, stories, drawings and other literary

idea, plot, format or other aspects. The Member acknowledges and agrees that the Member shall not
be entitled to any compensation as a result of our use of any such or similar materials. Finally, the
Member acknowledges that, in respect of any claim Associate may have related to or arising from our
actual or alleged exploitation of, or use of, any material that the Member submits to the Site and / or
LIFEINBLOCK, the caused by it will have no irreparable potential or otherwise sufficient to enable it to
obtain immediate relief or remedy or otherwise enjoy the production, distribution, exhibition or other
exploitation of any production based on or allegedly based on in the material, and their rights and
remedies in any such case shall be strictly limited to the right to recover damages, if any, in a lawsuit.

12. COPYRIGHT AND COPYRIGHT AGENTS

LIFEINBLOCK respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our Member to do the same.
Under the DMCA Millennium Digital Copyright Law, LIFEINBLOCK has appointed a Copyright Agent to
receive notice of claims of copyright infringement on the Site.

If the Member believes that any Community Content infringes on the copyright in a work that is owned
or controlled by the Member or if he or her work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright
infringement, please provide LIFEINBLOCK with the following information immediately:
1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act in favor of the owner of the
copyright interest;
2. A description of the work under copyright which the Member alleges has been infringed, or if
multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
3. The exact URL or description reasonably sufficient to allow LIFEINBLOCK to locate where the alleged
illegal material is located on the Site;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. An Affiliate's statement stating in good faith that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or by law.
6. An Affiliate's statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in his notice is
accurate and that the Member is either the owner of the copyright, or authorized to act in favor of the
owner of the copyright.

13. PROMOTIONS

responsible for the content or performance of any part of the Internet including other World Wide
Websites to which the Site may be connected or from which the Site may be accessed. The Member is
requested to inform us of any errors or inappropriate material found on the Internet pages to which
this Site may be connected.

15. ERRORS

While we attempt to maintain the integrity of the Site and other Products, we make no warranty as to
the accuracy or completeness of the Site or other Products. If you believe you have discovered an error
on the Site or other Products, please contact us at www.lifeinblock.com and include, if possible, a
description of the error, its location on the URL, and your contact information. LIFEINBLOCK we will
make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

16. LEGAL DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE ASSOCIATE UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THIS SITE AND ALL MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY CONTAINED HEREIN ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" "AS AVAILABLE" "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF THE TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-
INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR TO THOSE ARISING FROM THE STATUTE
OR OTHERWISE OF LAW OR A TRADING COURSE OR TRADE USE COURSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO

TO YOU. THE ASSOCIATE MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM THE JURISDICTION.

THE ASSOCIATE AGREES THAT LIFEINBLOCK AND OUR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSORS AND
ASSIGNS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY,
THE "RELEASED PARTIES") ARE NOT LIABLE TO THE ASSOCIATE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, BASED
ON INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE, THE PRODUCTS, THE FOREGOING ASSOCIATE, SOCIAL NETWORKS,
MATERIALS, OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN YOUR TECHNICAL OPERATION OR MATERIAL, EVEN
IF LIFEINBLOCK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT
CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, ACTS OF NATURE, TELECOMMUNICATION FAILURE, THEFT OR
DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO THIS SITE OR ITS RELATED INFORMATION OR
PROGRAM.

OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER OR ACCOUNT OF AFFILIATE, EVEN IF NOT SUBMITTED
BY THE ASSOCIATE, THAT INFRINGES ANY COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, BUSINESS SECRETARY,
COMMERCIAL PREPARATION, PATENT ADVERTISEMENT, PRIVACY OR OTHER LAW OF ANY PERSON OR
DEFAMIT ANYONE; ANY FAKE REPRESENTATION BY THE ASSOCIATE; AND / OR OUR USE OF YOUR
INFORMATION. THE ASSOCIATE WILL COOPERATE AS SOONLY AS MUCH REASONABLE IN THE
LIFEINBLOCK DEFENSE OF ANY CLAIM. LIFEINBLOCK RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT YOUR OWN RISK, TO
ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY
THE ASSOCIATE, AND THE ASSOCIATE SHALL NOT, IN NO EVENT, CLEAR THIS SUBJECT WITHOUT OUR
WRITTEN CONSENT.

18. CLOSURE; MODIFICATION

LIFEINBLOCK shall determine its compliance with this Agreement at our sole discretion and our
decision shall be final and binding. Any violation of this Agreement may result in restrictions on your
access to all or part of the Site (including any Internet Property or email address provided by the Site)
and may be referred to law enforcement authorities. No waiver of any part of this Agreement shall
have any force and effect unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer of
LIFEINBLOCK. LIFEINBLOCK reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Site, or any part thereof
(including, without limitation, any details of the Internet Property that resides on the Platform) without
notice to the Member or any third party. Upon termination of your membership or access to the Site,
or upon LIFEINBLOCK's requirement, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all
related documentation and all copies and facilities thereof. The Member is advised that we will
exercise our rights in the widest possible manner.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction,
invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement
which shall remain in full force and effect. The titles of the sections of this Agreement are for your
convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

19. LAW OF BELIZE.

LIFEINBLOCK operates this Site from Belize, respects its laws and the information contained in this Site
may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to this Site from territories
where the content of the Site may be illegal is prohibited. If the Member chooses to access the Site or
other Products in other locations outside of Belize, Associate shall be responsible for compliance with
local laws if, and to the extent that, such local laws apply.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the availability of the Site or other Products to any
person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time.

20. CAPACITY TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT

The Member states that he or she is 18 years of age or older and is fully capable and competent to
enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in
