1. Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. How are you today? I wish you all still in
blessing God. Firstly, let’s thank to God Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa who gives us
opportunity to gather on this meeting today which must be has much disadvantages
for our knowledge or even inspiring us.Now I am stating that the meeting today is
opened (while knocking the table three times) and please welcome our Toastmaster
today Mrs. Meisa Ruspita.
2. Thanks a lot. Well good member, good time, good place and good progress for today.
I hope it will be better in every single meeting, very proud to be gathered with you all
here. That was great performance. I had already told the purpose of being this topic
today “ Ederly Gymnastics” in the opening session before. Now I’d like to hear your
comment, suggestion, or any else which has purpose to make the next meeting will be
more and more attractive and meaningful. Is there any somebody wants to ask or
comment something ?

Candra Pradnyasari as table topic speaker. My duty stating the purpose of the
topic today and giving some questions to all are the member here.

Elderly gymnastics is a mild exercise and easy to do, not burdersome that applied
to the elderly. This exercise activity will help the body stay fit and stay refreshed
because it keeps the bones strong, encourages the heart to work optimally and
helps eliminate free radicals that roam the body.

because it relates to our daily activity may be, to allpeople. So my duty is presenting

today , the topic today is “Elderly Gymnastics”
Elderly gymnastics is a mild exercise and easy o do, not burdensome that
applied to the body stay fit and stay refreshing because it keeps the bones strong,
encourages the heart to work optimally and helps eliminate free radicals that roam the
body. So elderly gymnastics is a series of tone that regularly and purposefully planned
and followed by he elderly are done with the intention of improving the functional
ability of the body to achieve that goal. All gymnastics and light exercise activities are
very useful to inhibit the degenerative process/aging.
Gymnastics is highly recommended for those who are entering the age of
pralansia (45 yrs) and the age of elderly (65 yrs and over). People do gymnastics on a
regular basis will get a good physical fitness consisting of elements of muscle
strength, joint formation, movement agility, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and
fitness. When people do gymnastics, blood preasure will smooth and increase the
amount of blood volume. In addition 20% of blood is in the brain., so it will happen
indorfin process to form norepinephrine hormone that can cause joy, pain disappear,
addiction (addiction of motion) and eliminate depression. By following elderly
gymnastics the minimum effect is the elderly feel happy, always happy, can sleep

it relates to our daily actifity may be, to all people. now I will presenting our topic today, the

topic today is “Elderly gymnastics”

Elderly gymnastics is a mild exercise and easy to do, not burdensome that applied to

the elderly. This exercise activity will help the body stay fit and stay refreshed because it

keeps the bones strong, encourages the heart to work optimally and helps eliminate free

radicals that roam the body. Gymnastics elderly in addition to having a positive impact on

improving the function of organs also have an effect on improving immunity in the human

body after regular exercise. The level of fitness is evaluated by watching the rate of resting

heart rate of the heart rate at rest. So to be more fit, the heart rate at rest should decrease. By

following the elderly gymnastics the minimal effect is the elderly feel happy, always happy,

can sleep more soundly, the mind remains fresh. Elderly gymnastics is a suitable sport for the

counting the scrutch or pause filler such ‘ah’, ‘eh’, ‘uh’, ‘oh’, ‘ehm’ , not counting your owes
and also repitation words. Now, I want to report my observation about how many time leader,
moderator, speaker, speech evaluator and grammarian said ‘ah’, ‘eh’, ‘uh’, ‘oh’, ‘ehm’. There
is no mistake from leader, moderator, speaker, speech evaluator and grammarian. I think
