Level One Offenses:

The San Andreas State Penal Code is a short list of commonly violated laws to be used as a basic
reference. Please note that 1 year is the equivalent to 1 hour, 6 months is 30 minutes, and 90
days is 15 minutes. Some crimes below have adjusted times and definitions to account for real-
life and game differences. Until further notice, all imprisonment times are to be cut in HALF and
not to exceed three (3) hours. Exemptions: 187 PC, 261 PC, 647.6 PC, 270(a) PC, 206 PC.
Offenders of these five (5) laws will serve the full time listed, up to and including life in prison
and / or death, pursuant to current CK rules and offensive roleplay clauses.

This is not a full penal code and vehicle code. We use the California Penal Code and California
Vehicle Code except those laws listed here within this San Andreas Penal Code that have been
specifically adjusted for our state.
