XCVII. An ‘aft for carrying into execution the treaty of amity, commertt, and navigation, concluded between his Majefly and the waited Siates of America.—[July 4, 1797-] Preamble. HEREAS a treaty of amity, commerce, and navigatin, ‘Preaty with has been concluded between his Maje/ly and the united lates America re- of America: and whercaty by the eleventb article of the faid irscy " it is agreed between bis Maje/ty and the united flates of Americy, that there foould be a reciprocal and entirely perfec? IL.
