RACIAL DISCRIMINATION
There is a delicate case such as racial discrimination and either direct or indirect
comments from people that affect the group being led, measures are taken in the
group and the group stops before the conflicts become higher, to give solution,
placing our knowledge before him.
In the case of the elements of assertive communication, we use them after having,
the personal channels to obtain a more truthful solution after researching to have a
more accurate information of said conflict, we must be clear about the situation and
make known the possible solutions, I am destined to the group to explain it in a
general way, warning the consequences that can be generated by any personal
inconvenience or external character that harms the group, in this case either
political, religious or social racial.
