Should the total balance not be received 2 days before the start of the tour, Sulit Trip Travel & Tours
reserves the right to treat this reservation as cancelled and charge the corresponding cancellation
fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Where the client cancels their booking with Sulit Trip Travel & Tours;
Reservations cancelled thirty one (31) days or more prior to the date of arrival will incur a 10% charge
of the total tour cost.

Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 25% charge of the total
tour cost.
Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) to twenty-nine (29) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a
50% charge of the total tour cost.
Reservations cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge
of the total tour cost. No refund on any package can be made unless exceptional circumstances.

Where tour is cancelled by Sulit Trip Travel & Tours;

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
In some circumstances following a natural disaster or political crisis, tours may be cancelled at a very short
notice.

Up to time of departure, rebooking to another tour time / date.

If more than a quarter, yet less than half of the tour is completed the client may rebook at 50% of
the tour cost, or receive a 50% refund.
After more than half of the tour is completed the client may rebook at 50% but no refunds will be
given.
Certain circumstances may dictate that the Management has discretion on what refunds or
rebooking can apply.

UNUSED SERVICES: In case of force majeure (due to weather condition, transport delays, strikes and other
causes beyond the control of the company), the company will exert efforts to facilitate refunds whenever
applicable but not liable for the same.

REBOOKING: Tour dates will be re-booked depending on the guest’s schedule and tours availability.
