Dear Ms. Amy Sy,

Good day!
I am writing this letter to manifest my sincere interest of having the
reservation fee that I paid in the amount of 25, 000 pesos or Twenty five thousand
pesos, supposedly for the RSG St. Scho project. Unfortunately, due to sudden turn
of events, may I request your good office for an off-setting of the said amount in lieu
of reimbursement, and as such be applied to our future payments with RSG Aguila
Residens.
Currently, I am a unit owner in RSG Aguila which has already been fully paid
and with no deficiencies. The amount subject of our request will be, if approved,
deducted to our monthly dues or other fees.
I am hoping for your favorable response regarding this matter. Thank you and
