defects are rectified. Responsible for closure of Non-Conformance (NCR). Join inspection with client
(DMD). Ability to identified defects and good in architecture finishing.

Responsibility :

 Responsible for overall supervision, monitoring all construction works in accordance with the
contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications and quality.
 Meeting with sub-con and client to identified defect and rectification work.
 To ensure that all materials delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications.

 To keep all relevant forms, documents, correspondence and records in respect of the
progress of works such as daily work record which encompasses labour force, machinery
and weather records.
 To control all relevant project documents and data.
 To regularly report to relevant superiors (QAQC Manager) on the progress of the works and
the problem arise and encountered especially in respect of defective, outstanding or non-
conforming works.
 To consult with Client PJH.
