AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, GLIZEL S. LIBRERO, of legal age, Filipino, married and with

residence at Carlisle Mansion Blk 1 Lot 2 Phase 2 Bagombong,
Caloocan, Philippines, under oath allege that:

1. I am the complainant in Criminal Cases docketed XV-02-

INV-18F-01888 and entitled “Glizel Librero y Silieza v.
Ma. Helen M. Tabada and Rhene R. Librero” and XV-02-
INV-18F-01887 entitled “Glizel Librero y Silieza v.
Cecilia D. De Leon and Rhene R. Librero” pending before
the Caloocan City Prosecutor’s Office;

2. That after careful review and in the spirit of compassion, I

personally decided to desist from pursuing my complaint
against all the above-mentioned respondents on the
ground of misapprehension of facts;

3. That my desistance from pursuing the said complaint is

herein with the understanding that both parties are with
the agreement to settle the differences off court;

4. I therefore respectfully request that the above-mentioned

complaint filed against the above-mentioned Respondents
be DISMISSED as in fact I now WITHDRAW my
complaint against them and I further manifest under oath
that I am now desisting from pursuing the above
mentioned complaint against them before this Honorable
Office or in other government agencies.

5. That I execute this affidavit voluntarily, knowingly and

without any force or intimidation and in order to attest
the truthfulness of the foregoing statements.
