Note From the Teacher:

On September 19, fifth grade enjoys celebrating “International Talk Like a

Pirate Day”. Yes, believe it or not, it is an actual “holiday”. We dress up in our
pirate garb and put a pirate themed spin on each subject. We encourage the
kids to dress up along with us if they have anything (please no hooks). :)

As a survey to see how many parents are receiving and reading this news-
letter weekly, Sign your name somewhere in this box and return this with your
child on Monday. They will receive a prize! :)

Have a great weekend!
