About the Course


ISO 9000 is a series of Quality Management System Standards used by all types of organizations for controlling and
assuring the Quality of their products or services. The course follows the basic steps in preparation and execution of
Quality Management Systems audits, including audit planning, execution and reporting. Participants will learn the
auditing procedures using ISO 9001:2015 standard. ISO 19011 is used as guidelines for auditing organizational Quality

What is ISO 9000
