Ms. Kinser was admitted in our hospital last January 17, 2016 due to abdominal pain

Despite experiencing abdominal pain, physical examination revealed that all her
systems appear to be normal and denies any other untoward associated symptoms such as
vomiting and diarrhea. Ms. Cassandra admits that she actively engages in an unprotected sex.
Hence, diagnostic work ups are done and results are indicative of urinary tract infection and
probable sexually transmitted disease.
