Strengths observed: Fantastic classroom management skills, regularly checks student understanding and promote further student lead inquiry. Strong
understanding of content and subject specific knowledge. Uses varied teaching techniques and differentiation when appropriate. Regularly checks student
understanding to ensure everyone is on the same page. Great work overall.

Suggestions for improvement: Offer students the opportunity to participate in activities that allow them to get up and move around. Have students rewrite the
SOI on paper to have it posted around the classroom, offers potential to revisit it later in the unit. Post Language Acquisition command terms on classroom wall and
to better utilize them during the lesson.
