Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain .
When you awaken in the morning•s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.

GOSPEL READING
The First Letter to the Corinthians Chapter 13
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not
love, I am a noisy gong or a clang ing cymbal. And if I have
prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all
knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove
mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away
all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but
have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love
does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does
not insist on its own way ; it is not irritable or resentful; it
does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth .
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things,
endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies,
they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for
knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we
prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial
will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child , I
thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became
a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror
dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall
know fully, even as I have been fully known. So faith, hope,
love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
HYMN
I vow to thee, my country, all earthly things above
Entire and whole and perfect, the service of my love.
The love that asks no questions, the love that stands the test
That lays upon the altar the dearest and the best.
The love that never falters, the love that pays the price
The love that makes undaunted, the final sacrifice

And there's another country I've heard of long ago

Most dear to them that love her, most great to them that know;
We may not count her armies, we may not see her King;
Her fortress is a faithful heart, her pride is suffering.
And soul by soul and silently, her shining bounds increase,
And her ways are ways of gentleness, and all her paths are peace.

EULOGY

HYMN
Psalm 23 - Crimond
1
The Lord's my Shepherd, I'll not want.
he makes me down to lie
in pastures green ; he leadeth me
the quiet waters by.

2 My 4
soul he doth restore again; My table thou hast furnished
and me to walk doth make in presence of my foes;
within the paths of righteousness, my head thou dost with oil anoint,
e'en for his own Name's sake. and my cup overflows.

3 Yea,though I walk in death's dark vale, 5Goodness and mercy all my life
yet will I fear no ill; shall surely follow me;
for thou art with me; and thy rod and in God's house forevermore
and staff me comfort still. my dwelling place shall be.
FIRST READING
'You can shed tears that she has gone' by David Harkins
read by Katie Greena/1 - step grand daughter

You can shed tears that she has gone,

Or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she'll come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that she's left.
Your heart can be empty because you can 't see her,
Or you can be full of the love that you shared.
., You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember her and only that she 's gone
Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what she'd want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

HYMN
Guide me, 0 thou great redeemer,
Pilgrim through this barren land ;
I am weak , but thou art mighty,
Hold me with thy powerful hand;
Bread of heaven, bread of heaven
Feed me now and evermore;
Feed me now and evermore.

Open now the crystal fountain

Whence the healing stream doth flow ;
Let the fire and cloudy pillar
Lead me all my journey through:
Strong deliverer, strong deliverer;
Be thou still my strength and shield;
\ Be thou still my strength and shield.

When I tread the verge of Jordan,

Bid my anxious fears subside;
Death of death, and hell's destruction
Land me safe on Canaan's side:
Songs and praises, songs and praises,
I will ever give to thee ;
I will ever give to thee.
SECOND READING
Prospera The Tempest Act IV, Scene 1
read by Benedict James - stepson
You do look, my son, in a mov'd sort,
As if you were dismay'd : be cheerful sir:
Our revels now are ended. These our actors,
As I foretold you, were all spirits, and
Are melted into air, into thin air:
And, like the baseless fabric of this vision ,
The cloud-capp'd towers, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
Yea, all which it inherit shall dissolve,
And, like this insubstantial pageant faded
Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff
As dreams are made on , and our little life
Is rounded with a sleep. -Sir, I am vex'd:
Bear with my weakness; my old brain is troubled .
If you be pleas'd, retire into my cell ,
And there repose; A turn or two I'll walk,
To still my beating mind.

PRAYERS

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee.

Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen

THE LORD'S PRAYER

Our Father, which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation ; but deliver us from evil.
Amen
