To be one of the most successful businesses in the food industry at the same time to
expand our business in different areas in the Philippines.
Mission
Executive Summary
Siopao Ala Shanghai is a business partnership consisting of nine individuals, each with an
equal share of money for the start up capital. It is a siopao inspired located of Metro Manila.
Siopao Ala Shanghai serves different types and variations of siopao. It focuses on all types of
customers such as teenagers, childrens, students and even adults. It aims to satisfy all types of
customers and provide a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere where they can get quality
foods and drinks at a reasonable price.
Siopao Ala Shanghai is a new at business industries. The owners of the business have no
experience in managing a business. Therefore, our business is obscure and no initial reputation.
Business Problem
Siopao Ala Shanghai is a new flavor in the business industry. We already know siopao
with flavor such as asado, bola-bola, adobo but none of them contains vegetables that our
siopao has. The common problems that our business may encounter is the famous version of
older siopao. The problem can be also how we can introduce our product in the way that many
will get attracted specially childerns. And also the competitors since the people are familiar
with the older version of siopao sold in different streets and establishments.
Demand of the Product
Based on the survey that the researchers conducted, the data showed 88% of the
respondents that they are willing to try to eat siopao with a twist of vegetable filling. Therefore,
the demand of our product will be high in the market.
Goal / Principles
The principles of our business are focus on strengths rather than fixing weaknesses. If
you don`t see business aas one of your strengths, you likely want be happy leading a start up,
create some short term milestone on the path to your dream. Dreams alone with make you
happy are successful.

• Our product is unique, affordable and healthy because instead of using meat / chicken as
fillings of our product, we used vegetables.
