1. Setup AME
Responsibility 'Approvals Management Business Analyst, Standard'
Business Analyst Dashboard
In Select transaction type Field
Enter 'PO RCV ERES Receipt Line Transaction'
Click Find
Click Quick Select
2. Define Conditions
This is the list or range of Attribute value which the system uses to
make the Rule apply on a Transaction

Click Conditions Tab


Create conditions against the attributions
ORGANIZATION_CODE/TRANSACTION_DATE/TRANSACTION_REQUESTOR_USER_ID

Condition : ORGANIZATION_CODE = M1
3. Define Action Types
Click Action Types tab,
Click the button 'Use Existing Action Type'
Choose the action type 'approval-group chain of authority'
Click Continue
Click finish
4. Define Approval Group
These are the persons who are responsible for accepting or Rejecting a
Transaction Approval groups are an ordered set of one or more approvers
(persons and/or user accounts).

Click Approver Groups Tab


create new approver group = Test1,

Name = Test1
Description = Test1
Order Number = 1
Voting Method = Serial
Usage Type = Static

Under Group Member


Click Add Another Row
Approver Type = HR People
Approver = Horton, Connor
Click Apply
5. Create New Rules
Associates one or more conditions with an approval action. The rule
applies to a transaction if and only if all of the rule.s conditions are
true for the transaction.

Click Rules Table


Click Create
Enter name = ‘Test Rule1’
Click Next
Click Add Condition
Choose “ORGANIZATION_CODE in (M1)”
click Contine and Next
Add Action = Require approvala from Test1
Click Next
Click Finish
6. Enable Business Event
Responsibility 'Workflow Administrator Web Applications'
Go to Administrator Workflow ->Business Events,
Enter oracle.apps.po.line.receive in the name textfield and find
Click update to enable the event
Click Subscription to enable the workflow
Function EDR_PSIG_RULE.PSIG_RULE. This is the rule function, which determines if
e-signature is required for the event instance and generate XML document if
required.
The workflow shows the following Workflow item Type = EDRPSIGF
Workflow Process Name = PSIG_ESIGN_PAGE_FLOW
The Enabled Status determines if the Business event is enabled or not
Note: If the Business Event and subscription are not enabled, the system will not
show the ERES record during transaction processing To Enable the Business Event
and the corresponding Subscription (in case it is disabled) you need to login with
username .SYSADMIN. Only then the Update Icon will appear)
7. Set profiles
EDR: E-records and E-signatures = yes
EDR: Send individual approval notification = Yes
(This profile option is for receiving emails during a signing process.
If this profile is Set to yes, then the requester gets approval
notification after every signer. If this is Set to No, then there is no
notification for each signature. All signers receive a Notification for
a rejection, regardless of the profile option setting. )

8. Setup ERES
Responsibility ‘ERES Administrator’
Setup
Enter:
Transaction Name = PO RCV ERES Receipt Line Transaction
Rule Name = Transaction Name
Click Go

Enable E-record Required and E-signature Required


(The variable EREC_REQUIRED = Y determines that for the business event the eRecord
will enabled, similarly, ESIG_REQUIRED = Y means that, along with the eRecord the
eSignature is also enabled for the Business events.)
9. Create a new Item
Item = AS54666
Lot controlled
Assign to Org = M1
10. Create a New Purchase Order
PO nubmer : 6030
Receiving Routing = Inspection Required
Receive PO
Inspection PO
11. Receiving Transaction form
Query out PO Number 6030
Deliver the PO
Click LotSerial
Click Generate Lot
12. View E-Record and Signiture
Responsibility ‘ERES Administrator’
Evidence Store
Enter Date From and To, Status = All
Click Go
Click the right E-record ID
