 Terms and Conditions:

 FIFTY percent (50%) down payment upon signing of the conforme. (Non-refundable)
 Balance of FIFTY percent (50%) will be paid upon completion and client’s inspection of the set-up.
 If check payment, please make check payable to: AUDIONAIR, INC. or Al-Joffri C. Bacolod
 Food and drinks for technical crew composed of twenty (20) pax will be shouldered by event organizer.
 AUDIONAIR, INC. shall not be liable for the loss or damages or injury that may be sustained by Client
employees, agents or guests on account FORCE MAJEURE / ACTS OF GOD, such as but not limited
to theft, flood, fire, earthquake, riot or war or causes beyond the control of AUDIONAIR, INC.
 AUDIONAIR, INC. shall not be held liable for any damage or injury caused by NEGLIGENCE,
MALFEASANCE, MISFEASANCE, NON-FEASANCE, or through the following acts but not limited to the
following, by Client employees, agents, or guests: mis-use/abuse of sound and light equipment,
vandalism/malicious mischief, wanton disregard of warnings and/or prohibitions, and sabotage.
 AUDIONAIR, INC. shall not be liable for the loss or damage to goods or property upon or about the
chosen venue or for any injury to persons in or about the said premises caused by Client employees, its
agents and guests.
 In cases of FORCE MAJEURE / ACTS OF GOD , such as but not limited to fire, earthquake, riot, flood,
war and other causes beyond the control of AUDIONAIR, INC. and the event shall not take place, Client
shall pay AUDIONAIR, INC. the full package costs.
 Client, through its undersigned representative, warrants the execution of any additional instruments that
may be required to put into effect the last 4 paragraphs, thereby not holding AUDIONAIR, INC. liable for
any of those above-mentioned.
