TERM & CONDITIONS

• All payment for this event is using Indonesia Rupiah currency
• After booking 50% down payment must been done within 30 days
• Booth booking for one company is four booking area/space/booth maximum.
• If there two or more companies interested to join and pick the same booth number, organizer would draw the availability booth.
• For island area we only provide space

Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation has to be in formal way, sending cancellation letter from management with company letterhead and stamp
• 50% refund would be granted if cancellation document has been submitted 30 days before event.
• No refund would be granted if cancellation document submitted 29 days onward before event.
• If company withdraw seven weeks before event, the company should pay full as designated area/space/booth.
• All the cashback and refund only remitted five working days after event.
