1.0 SYNOPSIS
This course discusses the concept of building management aspects of maintenance management.
Titles featured are the concept of life cycle design, 'the economy in the maintenance of buildings,
types and methods of repair, building inspection system so that the building would be fully
functional

2.0 OBJECTIVES
After completing this course, students should be able to:
i. Discuss the important aspects in the design of buildings.
ii. Comparing and balancing cost with the cost of building maintenance.
iii. Carry out fault diagnosis inspection planning and building and construction.
iv. Identify problems and issues related to building maintenance.
