With reference to your application dt. 05.11.2016, the management pleased to appoint you for the post of Q.C.Chemist on
the following terms and conditions :

1) You will be eligible for a consolidated salary of Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand Only ) per month
inclusive of all allowances to be split in to various constituents later on.

3) You will be on training for a period of twelve months from the date of joining

4) You have to execute a service agreement to serve the employer for a minimum period of Two years
from the date of joining in the organization and to abide the terms and conditions as stipulated in the
agreement.

5) You will not engage or entrust yourself accept directly or indirectly any employment with any other
companies firms association or concerns during the services of your employment with us.

6) You will comply with all such rules and regulations which the company from time to time may
prescribe for its employees.

7) Your services will be governed by the staff regulations of the company.

8) You will be entitled to such benefits as leaves, E.S.I, provident fund and gratuity etc. as may be laid
down by the company from time to time.

9) You have to maintain confidentiality and not to disclose any information regarding the affairs of the
company.

10) You have to submit original testimonials and related certificates.

11) You have to submit physical fitness certificates from a competent medical officer.

12) You have to report to your duty on before dt: 01.12.2016 without fail.
