indicated in this contract

I understood and read the abovementioned House Rules of the Property including
the Fines and Penalties to be imposed by the Landlord unto the undersigned when
specific provisions of the said House Rules are not followed or violated. I further
commit to follow all the provisions in this document and agree to be penalized once
I violate any.

This signifies as well that I have received a copy of the Handbook and shall
surrender it after my Lease Contract expires in the same condition. I
understand that I have to pay for damages/lost if I cannot surrender the
handbook in its original condition.
