Step 1 (Preparation):

- Fill in hydraulic oil inside pump housing.

- Secure hoses and fit pump on bench.

Step 2: (Flow measurement)

- Start test bench. Check and set actual flow (4 cm3 according to drawing no 15.TR047.DC10), adjust if
necessary.
- Maximum theoretical flow value = 41 l/min @ 1500 rpm.
- Observe for any external leak during testing.

Step 3: (Pressure Test)

- Check and set pressure according to drawing no 15.TR047.DC10 (250 Bar). Adjust power control
according to drawing no 15.TR047.DC10 (7.5kW @ 980rpm).

- Check for pump internal leakage at pressure setting 250 Bar (Rule of thumb = 10 % from maximum
leakage).

Step 4: (Record)

- Record all related flow and pressure and document in test report.
