Description:

Refining and NGL Fractionation team is seeking experienced Supervising Craftsmen to work in the
Refinery. The refinery will have the capacity to process 400,000 BPD of Arabian Heavy and Arabian
Medium crude oils to produce gasoline, ultra-low-sulfur diesel, benzene, and Para xylene. This is an
expatriate opportunity located in Saudi Arabia.
This position supports the refinery in the field of Inspection engineering. Experienced inspectors are
needed to participate in the construction inspection surveillance and walkthroughs during Motor
Control Center (MCC) stage of the project, as well as after commissioning and normal operation of the
plant

Minimum Requirements:

The successful candidate should have:

1- Bachelor degree in engineering (preferably electrical engineering)

2- Minimum of eight (8) years relevant inspection experience; OR have a high school diploma (or
its equivalent) with minimum of 15 years’ relevant inspection experience
3- A working knowledge of industrials codes such as NEC, ASTM, NACE, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, UL, ICEA,
IEEE, BS, AEIC, and ANSI.
4- Valid certifications in the following specialties:
a. ASNT level-II in the following NDT methods (VT)

Saudi Aramco: Company General Use

 b. NACE Coating Inspector - Level 2
c. IAEI-CEI Residential Certification
5- A NICET Level-I in Industrial Instrumentation and Fire Alarm Systems
6- Computer literacy with competence in Microsoft Office products (i.e. MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint).
7- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Duties & Responsibilities:

a-You are expected to perform the following:

b-Full range of electrical inspection activities in Plant Equipment, motors, generators, cables, wiring,
splicing, substations and all related power systems.
c-Internal and external inspection and quality control.
d-Miscellaneous related duties as directed by the applicable Supervisor.
e-Train personnel to develop technical ability and understanding of applicable codes, standards,
inspection methods in various disciplines.
f-Observe and/or record results of tests and inspections.
g-Prepare worksheets, pre & post T&I reports, records and reports on inspection assignments.
h-Work will require physical exertion such as climbing, be primarily outdoors.
