Up to 12 credits may count for the EE technical elective requirement and 6 credits for the CompE
technical elective requirement.
Courses in bold are being offered for Fall 2018 as of 05/07/2018.
• For EE, many CSCI 4xxx and 5xxx courses require CSCI 1902, 1913, or 1933 as a prerequisite; if both
courses are completed, the 4 credits for 1902, 1913, or 1933 will also count as elective credits.
• CSE Global Seminars, EE 3940 class number, usually offered during the January or May term sessions,
can usually count for up to 3 credits maximum towards additional technical elective requirements.
• This list is not necessarily comprehensive. Other courses (generally from CSE) may count as additional
technical electives upon approval by the ECE Director of Undergraduate Studies. File an APAS
