Recommended Nighttime Checklist

· 5 minutes notebook organization.
· 5-7 minutes re-work previous homework and classwork problems to master understanding.
· 5-10 minutes of notes review.
· Then, homework.

Homework: Every problem on a homework assignment should show some attempt or thought
process. A question mark shows no thought process. Homework will be given on a daily basis and is due
the next day. Homework is extremely important to practice what was taught in class.

Absences and Make Up Work: Students who are absent from my class are responsible for
collecting any missing work and notes from the days of their absence(s). If an absence occurs, please get
a copy of assignments from the absence folder.

Test Corrections: Test corrections are available on unit tests only. They are required if the student
scores below 70%. The student must attend a mandatory Math Time review session. At the end of the
review session they will receive a test correction template. Students can earn 50% back of what they lost
on their original test. These will be due the next day.

I have received a copy, read, and understand the rules and procedures for Mrs. Trabold’s classroom. I
have discussed the importance of these guidelines with my child and encouraged them to abide by them
throughout the year.
