MINUTES ON THE FIRST MEETING
JUNE 22, 2018

I. Prayer
Meeting was started at 1:30 PM at HCPSMSHS Sta. Arcadia Campus and commenced with a prayer led
by Sir Leonard Arenas
II. Checking of Attendance
The meeting was presided by Adviser Leonard Arenas and the attendance was checked.
III. Meeting Proper
a. Introduction of Adviser
Mr. Arenas introduced himself to the parents
b. Agenda
Agenda were laid down for today’s meeting:
Class Schedule Grading System
School Policy HPTA Election
Immersion/Simulation Other matters
c. Class schedule
ABM 12 Pacioli should be in the school on or before 7:15 am every Monday and ends class by
2:00 PM. Tuesday to Friday, students should be in the school on or before 7:30 am to 3:00 PM.
PE uniform shall wear only every Friday (PE Class)
d. School Policy
Adviser have cited the school policies from which students must abide highlighting the policy on
uniform and late/absenteeism
e. Immersion/Simulation
Parents were given survey form which they will choose between immersion or simulation.
Adviser have explained the difference of the two. Submission of survey form will be on Monday,
June 25, 2018.
f. Grading System
Adviser explained the DO no. 8, s2015 “Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment For the K to
12 Basic Education Program”.

g. HPTA Election
Parents elected officers of HPTA for Federation Year 2018-2019:

h. Other matters
- HPTA Project for consultation to other parents and students.
- Highlighting that School Building was just borrowed from City Government since school
cannot accommodate students in SHS due to insufficient classrooms in Mabini Extension.
