1. Introdução
Por não ter à disposição uma planta física, foi desenvolvido no ambiente de
simulação do Matlab, o Simulink, o modelo matemático do processo em questão,
e posteriormente feito todo o controle por meio de interfaces com o CLP.
2. Objetivo
O controle será feito por uma simulação de uma planta química no Simulink®,
conectado via interface OPC por meio de um servidor KEP Server ao CLP
Siemens ET200S.

A área total do tanque depende da derivada da altura (H), enquanto que a
vazão total é a somatória das vazões 1 e 2, respectivamente Q1 e Q2, equação

Pode acompanhar e visualizar os resultados por meio dos gráficos de
evolução da quantidade de produto, vazão e concentração (Figura 6):
Com base nestas afirmações, pode-se sugerir para projetos futuros, mais uma
ferramenta para controle, modelagem e monitoramento de processos industriais.
Ou seja, a integração do Simulink do Matlab com CLPs de quaisquer fabricantes,
por meio das interfaces OPC e KEP Server.
