CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CHATTEL MORTGAGE, made and executed by JAMES GO, Filipino, of legal age,
single, with residence at Sunshine Subdivision, Bacolod City hereinafter called the
MORTGAGOR, in favor of STEPHEN CURLY, with residence at Azucena Subdivision,
Bacolod City hereinafter called the MORTGAGEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the MORTGAGOR does hereby convey by way of chattel mortgage unto the
MORTGAGEE the following described personal property, situated and ordinarily kept at
Sunshine Subdivision, Bacolod City and presently in the possession of the said
MORTGAGOR, to wit:

That this CHATTEL MORTGAGE is given as a security for the payment of a certain
promissory note, dated July 5, 2018, for the sum of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P 500,000),
with interest thereon at the rate of TWELVE PERCENT (12%) per annum, according to the
terms and conditions thereof, and in the words and figures following:

SIXTY (60) days after date, I JAMES GO promise to pay to the order of STEPHEN
CURLY, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 500,000).

That the condition of this CHATTEL MORTGAGE is such that if the said
MORTGAGOR, his heirs, executors, or administrators shall well and truly perform the full
obligation above stated according to the terms thereof, then this CHATTEL MORTGAGE
shall be null and void; otherwise, it shall remain in full force and effect and shall be
enforceable in the manner prescribed by law.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of July, 2018, in
the City of Bacolod, Philippines.

instrumental witnesses, and acknowledged that the same are their free act and deed.
