Assumption:

 Client will provide up to date Architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and firefighting drawings in Auto
CAD .dwg file format.
 All design inputs for any discipline will be provided by Client.
 Queries will be raised in form of RFI (Request for Information) for missing information.
 Final output will be submitted in form of soft copy Revit/CAD/PDF.
 All modeling work will be done in REVIT -2017
 Material application and architectural detailing will not be done which is not required for MEPF coordination.
 Project browser, Standard Templates and System browsers will be followed as per the client’s standard.
 Coordination work will be carried out once modeling is completed. SILICON will raise RFI (Request for Information) for each
clash and update the model as per client’s instruction.
 In case of non-availability of REVIT family SILICON will use standard families of REVIT families.
 In case of any changes required in model after completion of Coordination work, it will charge extra as per mentioned hourly
rates.
 All modeling and detailing will be done at LOD 400.
 For As built client will provide all installed items Red pen marked in drawings to prepare As built drawings.
Scope of work:
3D modeling

Architectural model:
 Full coordinated clash free architectural model up to LOD 400
 All architectural elements including, but not limited to, blockwork, walls, false ceilings, doors, windows, stairs, handrails,
facades including but not limited to roof systems, wall cladding interior and exterior, louvers, roofs, etc. as described in the
IFC drawings and specifications.
Structural model:
 Full coordinated clash free structural model up to LOD 400.
 All concrete elements including, but not limited to, primary and secondary structures, Raft, pile caps, pits, below raft
structures, retaining walls, …etc. as per the IFC drawings
 All concrete vertical elements including, but not limited to, columns, walls, core walls, etc.
 All concrete horizontal elements including , but not limited to, slaps, staircases, ramps, composite slabs and beams if any,
 All pre-cast and any prefabricated elements
 All composite (concrete and steel) elements including, but not limited to, composite slabs, columns …etc.
 All steel and steel structural members up to LOD 400 verticals and horizontals including , but not limited to, beams, posts,
decking slabs purlins, tension cables, etc. for clash detection purpose
HVAC and piping model:
 All HVAC ducts with diffusers, AHU and VAVs as per sizes and data sheets given by consultant.
 Sizes and levels will be followed as per information given in consultant’s drawings
 Scope includes modeling of mechanical room
 Modeling of Mechanical piping with actual material property, bends, valves and necessary connections.
 HVAC Piping, Valves, Hangers and seismic Bracing
 HVAC Dry side and Wet side equipment c. Plumbing waste and vent, domestic water
Plumbing and fire model:
 Modeling of piping with actual material property, bends, valves and necessary connections.
 Modeling of fire extinguishers, sprinklers and it’s supply pipes as per consultant’s drawings.
 Sizes and levels will be followed as per information given in consultant’s drawings
 Scope includes water supply, drainage, vent and storm water pipes.
 Modeling of toilet fixtures and connection of pipes with fixtures
Electrical model:
 Modeling of cable route with cable tray with locations and levels marked in consultant’s drawing
 Modeling of distribution boards, switch boards as per exact levels given by consultants.
 Electrical conduits greater than 1 inch diameter, cable trays and racked conduit systems, hangers and Lighting fixtures
Electrical panels and distribution equipment.
Coordination and Generate 2D coordination drawings:
 Coordination and clash detection of different services.
 Generate 2D coordination drawings with necessary dimensions and levels of all services after full coordination is done.
Exclusions from scope:
 Fabrication drawings/Rebar drawing.
 Hard copy of drawings
 On site deputation of staff.
 Any design related work. SILICON scope will be limited to 3D modeling service only. Any architectural design and engineering
calculation for structural and MEPF will not be part of scope.
 3D modeling of site development and landscape.
 4D,5D,6D and 7D
 Attending meetings at free of cost.
 Free training of client’s staff.
 SILICON staff will not go on site and measure any items for as built.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Client is requested to give his/ her feedback for the approval/disapproval of quality of drawing within 07 days from receiving the
same.
 In case of no feedback, within decided time, it will be assumed that the quality is approved.
