AFFIDAVIT OF RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

AND LOAN

WE, the undersigned spouses, Filipinos, of legal age, and resident of Davao City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That we are the mortgagee of a certain Real Estate Mortgage involving a certain
parcel of land, having an area of One Hundred (100 sqm) Square Meters, with
MAGANDANG DALAGA as the Mortgagor, embodied in an instrument denominated as
Real Estate Mortgage, dated July 8, 2016, and entered in the Notarial Register of
Notary Public Atty. MANLO LOKO, Jr., as Doc No. 21, Page No. 5, Book CCCXIX ;

2. That we are also the creditor of the said MAGANDANG DALAGA with regard to her
loaned stocks and products from our Sari-sari store;

3. That for a total consideration of Eighty One Thousand and Seventy (P81,070.00)
Pesos, we hereby release the said MAGANDANG DALAGA of all her obligation in our
favor up to this date, including but not limited to her Real Estate Mortgage and all her
debts in our Sari-sari Store;

4. That we execute this affidavit to inform the authorities of the foregoing.
