Deer Creek Families,

Two teachers at our school, Mr. Sudano and Mr. Resler, have been placed on administrative leave due
to separate allegations about inappropriate/unprofessional comments made in front of students.
Investigators from Jeffco’s Legal Services Department are investigating the allegations.

Please do not interpret an investigation as an indication of wrongdoing by our staff members.

Administrative leave and investigations are part of normal district procedures in these types of
situations. During the teachers’ absences, we will ensure your students continue to receive instruction.
