Leading
Step 1: Pre Programme work
· The personality profiling tool Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was administered to the participants as part of the Pre programme work
· The objective was to help the participants understand their personality types and its impact on their leadership styles

Step 2: Programme on "Leading for Success"

 To identify natural style and preference when working on deliverables and with people;

 Define clearly the Role of a Manager;

 Learn principles of Situational Leadership;

 The par cipants were imparted with an understanding of the Role of a Manager and the need to
transi on from individual contributor to a manager
